Yes! My office is located at 9723 Northcross Center Court Huntersville NC, 28078. My office is off exit 25 on I-77, which is easily accessible from Charlotte, Mooresville, Cornelius, and Davidson.

I currently only accept clients ages 18+.

For parents reaching out on behalf of their daughter, please note that I won’t be able to share any information about her treatment unless she signs a release of information.

Your first session is a time to share what’s bringing you to therapy, what you want to work on, and get to know each other. It’s totally normal to feel nervous! Together, we’ll figure out the best steps to take moving forward.

This varies by person and depends on your goals and what you want to work on. There is no right or wrong length of time to be in therapy.

I recommend we meet once a week to start. Once you feel ready, we can discuss meeting biweekly or less.

For sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment without prior notice, there is a $125 late cancelation fee.

Please note: this fee is not covered by insurance.

Yes! Therapy offers a space to learn more about yourself and work towards your goals. Real growth happens in between sessions when you apply the skills and tools into everyday life.
